Oaty Banana Muffins

| 1/2 cup | castor sugar |
| 5 tablespoons | canola oil |
| 1 cup | mashed banana |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla essence |
| 1/2 cup | McKenzie's Natural Oat Bran |
| 1 cup | plain flour |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | Ward's Baking Powder |
| 1/4 cup | sultanas |
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, oil, banana, egg, vanilla essence, sultanas and McKenzie's Natural Oat Bran with a wooden spoon. Mix together the flour and Ward's Baking Powder and stir into the banana mixture until just combined.
Step 2
Spoon the mixture into a generously greased muffin tin about half full per slot.
Step 3
Bake at 200C for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overcook.
Step 4
Tips: Add 2 teaspoons of McKenzie's Ground Cinnamon for a slightly spicier muffin.
Add 1/2 cup of crushed walnuts to the mixture.
For a sweet treat, add 1/2 cup of milk chocolate buttons to the mixture.
