Oatmeal Pancakes
Delicious Oatmeal Pancakes for a special breakfast.

| 1/2 cup | plain flour |
| 1 cup | McKenzie's Natural Creamy Oatmeal |
| 1/4 cup | instant dry milk powder |
| 1 tablespoon | brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | McKenzie's Bi-Carb Soda |
| 2 | eggs |
| 2 cups | milk |
| 1/4 cup | vegetable oil |
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk and oil until well mixed. Stir into the dry mixture until just blended.
Step 2
Spoon about a 1/4 cup of batter onto a greased frypan or flat griddle.
Turn when bubbles are forming on top and cook until second side is golden brown.
Step 3
Makes about 12-16 pancakes.
Tips: Beat some soft butter with honey to taste and spread over finished pancakes.
For a special treat, cover finished pancakes with McKenzie's Strawberry or Blue Heaven Topping.
