Beautiful Banana Bread

Fabulous Banana Bread, you'll be going back for more and more. Perfect to use with your over-ripe bananas.

1 1/2 cups ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cups sour cream
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
180 grams unsalted butter, softened
2 cups plain flour
3/4 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon McKenzie's Bi-Carb Soda
3/4 teaspoon Ward's Baking Powder
2 teaspoons McKenzie's Ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon McKenzie's Australian Natural Sea Salt
1 cup macadamia nuts
1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
Directions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line a large loaf pan (23cm x 13cm x 6.5cm) with baking paper.
Step 2
Place the mashed banana, sour cream, eggs, vanilla and butter in a food processor. Process until smooth.
Step 3
In a large bowl add sifted flour, caster sugar, McKenzie's Bi-Carb Soda, Ward's Baking Powder, McKenzie's Ground Cinnamon and McKenzie's Australian Natural Sea Salt, ground. Stir to combine. Fold in the banana mixture in 3 batches until just combined then fold in the macadamia nuts.
Step 4
Pour mixture into the loaf pan and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake for 1 hour or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Cool in tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack. Can be served warm or once cooled completely.
