Beautiful Banana Bread
Fabulous Banana Bread, you'll be going back for more and more. Perfect to use with your over-ripe bananas.

| 1 1/2 cups | ripe banana, mashed |
| 1/2 cups | sour cream |
| 2 | large eggs |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | vanilla extract |
| 180 grams | unsalted butter, softened |
| 2 cups | plain flour |
| 3/4 cup | caster sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | McKenzie's Bi-Carb Soda |
| 3/4 teaspoon | Ward's Baking Powder |
| 2 teaspoons | McKenzie's Ground Cinnamon |
| 1/2 teaspoon | McKenzie's Australian Natural Sea Salt |
| 1 cup | macadamia nuts |
| 1/2 cup | walnuts, roughly chopped |
Directions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line a large loaf pan (23cm x 13cm x 6.5cm) with baking paper.
Step 2
Place the mashed banana, sour cream, eggs, vanilla and butter in a food processor. Process until smooth.
Step 3
In a large bowl add sifted flour, caster sugar, McKenzie's Bi-Carb Soda, Ward's Baking Powder, McKenzie's Ground Cinnamon and McKenzie's Australian Natural Sea Salt, ground. Stir to combine. Fold in the banana mixture in 3 batches until just combined then fold in the macadamia nuts.
Step 4
Pour mixture into the loaf pan and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake for 1 hour or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Cool in tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack. Can be served warm or once cooled completely.
