Lima and Tuna Brandade
Light lunch served with green salad and crusty bread.

| Half packet | McKenzie's Lima Beans |
| 184g | can tuna |
| 3/4 cup | grated sharp cheese |
| 60g | butter |
| 1 clove | garlic crushed |
| To taste | McKenzie's Natural Sea Salt |
| To taste | McKenzie's Whole Black Peppercorns |
| 3 tablespoons | fine dry breadcrumbs |
Directions
Step 1
Cook beans as directed on packet. Mash beans thoroughly with fork, add drained tuna. Beat in cheese, half the butter, garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Pile mixture up in a shallow buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and dot with extra butter.
Step 3
Bake in moderately hot oven for 25 minutes or until browned.
Serve warm with green salad and crusty bread.
