Curried Green Pea Soup

| 500g | McKenzie's Green Split Peas |
| 60g | polyunsaturated margarine |
| 2 teaspoons | McKenzie's Curry Powder |
| 2 tablespoons | fresh mint, chopped |
| 4 chicken | stock cubes |
| 4 cups | water |
| To taste | McKenzie's Ground Black Pepper |
| To taste | McKenzie's Australian Natural Sea Salt |
| 1/2 cup | cream (optional) |
Directions
Step 1
Prepare McKenzie's Green Split Peas according to either of the methods on the packet. Once cooked, drain and process in blender or through sieve until smooth.
Step 2
Melt magarine and stir in McKenzie's Curry Powder and mint. Add four crumbled chicken stock cubes. Combine both mixtures, adding water until your desired consistency is obtained. Season with McKenzie's Australian Natural Sea Salt and McKenzie's Ground Black Pepper.
Step 3
Serve with cream and croutons if desired.
