| Few drops | almond essence |
| 60g | ground almonds |
| 185g | McKenzie's Rice Flour |
| 250g | plain flour |
| 155g | castor sugar |
| 315g | butter |
| 60g | blanched almonds |
Directions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, form into two rolls and refrigerate for 15 mins. Cut into rounds making the slices 6cm thick. Sprinkle
with chopped blanched almonds. Place on tray lined with baking paper. Bake in cool moderate oven 160o for 18 -20 minutes.
