Tanya's Lemon Coconut Slice

| 1 packet | sweet biscuits |
| 1 tin | condensed milk |
| 1 1/2 cups | McKenzie's Moist Flakes Coconut |
| Juice of 2 large | lemons (reserve 1 tbls for icing) |
| Icing | |
| 1/2 packet | icing sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | butter |
| Reserved | lemon juice |
| Water | |
| Sprinkle | McKenzie's Moist Flakes Coconut |
Directions
Step 1
Crush biscuits then combine well with condensed milk,McKenzie's Moist Flakes Coconut and lemon juice. Press into slice tin.
Step 2
Combine icing sugar, butter and lemon juice, add water (to desired consistency) and beat well. Spread on top of biscuit base, sprinkle with McKenzie's Moist Flakes Coconut and refrigerate for approximately 2-3 hours before slicing into portions and serving.
