Lemon Cordial

| 1 tablespoon | McKenzie's Citric Acid |
| 1 tablespoon | McKenzie's Tartaric Acid |
| Juice of | 4 lemons |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 4 tablespoons | water |
| 1 teaspoon | McKenzie's Cream of Tartar |
| Garnish | with fresh mint, crushed ice and sliced lemon |
Directions
Step 1
Bring water to boil and add sugar. Dissolve sugar stirring thoroughly until syrupy.
Step 2
Add juice of lemons, McKenzie's Tartaric Acid, McKenzie's Citric Acid and McKenzie's Cream of Tartar stirring until completely dissolved.
Step 3
Dilute cordial to taste and garnish with fresh mint, crushed ice and sliced lemon.
