Coco Choc Easter Nests

Wonderful gift for friends at Easter.

Ingredients

Amount Convert	Ingredient
100g	McKenzie's Shredded Coconut
200g	dark chocolate
200g	milk chocolate
Easter Eggs

Directions

Step 1

Break all chocolate and melt as per instructions on the packet. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 2

Add the McKenzie's Shredded Coconut and combine thoroughly.

Step 3

Place large spoonfuls of mixture on baking sheet about 5cm in diameter. Using the back of a metal sppon, make a small dent in the centre of each nest. Cool completely, refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.

Step 4

Fill nests with brightly coloured wrapped eggs before serving.
