Noeleen's Stuffed Peppers with Beans
Peppers stuffed with mince, rice and beans, cooked in tomato soup in a slow cooker.

| 6 | green or red peppers |
| 1 medium | onion chopped |
| 2 cloves | garlic chopped |
| 200g | McKenzie's Four Bean Mix |
| 500g | mince beef or lamb |
| 1/2 teaspoon | McKenzie's Table Friendly Fine Table Salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | McKenzie's Table Friendly Ground Black Pepper |
| 1/2 cup | chicken stock or wine |
| 1 cup | rice cooked |
| 1 can | condensed tomato soup |
| 1 can | water |
Directions
Step 1
Take tops off peppers and remove seeds. In a large bowl place onion, garlic, McKenzie's Four Bean Mix, mince, McKenzie's Table Friendly Fine Table Salt, McKenzie's Table Friendly Ground Black Pepper stock or wine and rice. Mix well and fill peppers with mixture.
Step 2
Place peppers in slow cooker or crock pot and pour over soup and water. Cover with lid and cook on high for 3 hours.
