McKenzie's Seed Tapioca (Sago)

Sago comes from the starchy inner trunk of the sago palm, which grows in the watery swamps of South East Asia. The name Sago orginated in Malaysia where the trees were cut down just before flowering when the starch reserves had bulit up in the trunk.
